The Slate

Welcome to The Slate, an LGBTQ+ affirming Christian podcast hosted by a same gender couple who are pastors that believe faith and authenticity were never meant to be at war.

We created The Slate because too many LGBTQ+ believers have been told to choose between their faith and their identity. We reject that false choice.
Here, we start fresh. We wipe the slate clean.

Life brings adversity — relational struggles, church hurt, family rejection, marriage challenges, leadership pressure, mental health battles, and spiritual doubt.

On The Slate, we tackle it all through:

• A Christ-centered lens rooted in grace
• Honest conversations about marriage and ministry

As pastors and as a married couple, we bring both spiritual depth and lived experience to every conversation.

• Healing begins when shame ends.

Inspired by the teachings of Jesus Christ, our goal is to help you navigate life’s adversities righteously — not through legalism or fear, but through love, integrity, courage, and spiritual maturity.

We are not speaking about LGBTQ+ Christians — we are speaking as LGBTQ+ pastors.
