Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting our mission and shopping with us. We want you to feel confident in your purchase while also maintaining fair policies for our small business.

Physical Books (Self-Published Print Books)

We accept returns for physical books under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery
  • Books must be unused and in original condition (no marks, bends, or spine creases)
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies, etc.)

Because many of our apparel items are made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Item arrives damaged
  • Item is defective
  • You received the wrong item or sizet

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Normal wear and tear

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at grace4all.317@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.


Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
