Terms & Conditions for Coaching Services

Welcome, and thank you for choosing our coaching services. By booking, purchasing, or participating in any coaching session, program, or service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
  1. Nature of Coaching Services

    2. Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, and empowerment. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or medical care, and it does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental or physical health conditions.

    If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical care, please seek support from a licensed mental health professional or emergency services.

  2. Client Responsibility

    3. You acknowledge that:

    • You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results
    • Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes
    • You participate voluntarily and at your own discretion

    You agree to be honest, open, and engaged in the coaching process to receive the greatest benefit.

  3. Scope of Services

    4. Coaching services may include, but are not limited to:

    • One-on-one coaching sessions
    • Group coaching sessions
    • Faith-based or spiritual reflection
    • Personal development exercises
    • Accountability and goal-setting support

    The specific format, length, and frequency of sessions will be outlined at the time of purchase.

  4. Payment & Fees
    • All coaching fees must be paid in full prior to the session or program unless otherwise agreed in writing
    • Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect services already purchased
    • You are responsible for any applicable taxes
  5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
    • You may cancel or reschedule a coaching session with at least 24-hour notice
    • Sessions canceled with less than 24-hour notice may be forfeited
    • Missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable

    If the coach needs to reschedule, you will be offered a new session time or a credit.

  6. Refund Policy

    7. Due to the nature of coaching services:

    • All coaching fees are non-refundable once services have begun
    • Unused sessions may expire after a specified period, if applicable
    • Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion
  7. Confidentiality

    8. All information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (including but not limited to risk of harm to yourself or others).

    Please note that confidentiality does not extend to:

    • Group coaching settings
    • Written communications or digital platforms where confidentiality cannot be guaranteed
  8. Communication & Technology

    9. Coaching may be provided via phone, video call, or online platforms. You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and private environment.

    We are not responsible for technical disruptions outside of our control.

  9. Intellectual Property

    10. All materials provided during coaching—including worksheets, exercises, recordings, and written content—are the intellectual property of Grace 4 All and are for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or resale without written permission is prohibited.

  10. No Guarantees

    11. While coaching is designed to support growth and transformation, results are not guaranteed. Outcomes vary based on individual commitment, circumstances, and effort.

  11. Limitation of Liability

    12. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grace 4 All will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in coaching services.

    By engaging in coaching, you agree to release and hold harmless Grace 4 All, its owners, and representatives from any claims or liability.

  12. Termination of Services

    13. We reserve the right to terminate coaching services at any time if:

    • Boundaries are violated
    • Communication becomes abusive or inappropriate
    • Coaching is no longer aligned with client needs

    In such cases, unused sessions may be refunded at our discretion.

  13. Governing Law

    14. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

  14. Agreement

    15. By purchasing or participating in coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
